Terms
Terms of use
Effective 25 August 2026. These terms govern this website. They do not govern any engagement, which would have its own agreement.
Who operates this site
Operated by XG Capital Strategies LLC (California Secretary of State entity no. 202357810793) of 1500 Tacoma Way, Redwood City, California 94063 on behalf of Kairos Dynamics, a Delaware C corporation in formation. Until Kairos Dynamics exists, every statement on this site is made by the operating entity.
What this site is
Informational. It describes a validation method and a company being built around it. It is not advice, not an offer of any security or interest, not a solicitation, and not a representation that any strategy or model will perform in any particular way.
Content and marks
The text, structure, and design of this site, and the Kairos Dynamics name and marks, belong to the operating entity and will be assigned to Kairos Dynamics on formation. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train or fine-tune a model without written permission.
Using the form
Submit accurate information, and only about yourself or on behalf of an organization you are authorised to represent. Treat the form as an unsecured first contact: do not send confidential material, proprietary code, credentials, or anything you would not put in an ordinary email. We may decline to respond to anything.
Third-party links
Links to other sites are for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted, and descriptions of methods and plans may change.
A warranty disclaimer, liability cap, and consumer-law carve-outs have not yet been drafted. Our intent is that the operating entity is not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site's informational content. How far that intent is enforceable under California law, and which consumer protections cannot be waived, has not been settled. Read this section as a statement of intent rather than a term you can rely on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, to whose jurisdiction both parties consent. There is no agreement to arbitrate, and nothing here waives a jury trial.
Changes
These terms may change. The effective date above will change with them.
