Kairos Dynamics is intended to be a separate Delaware C-Corporation that productizes selected Decision Intelligence research and technology originating at XG Capital Strategies. XGCS remains the foundational research and IP source for licensed pre-existing technology; Kairos builds the customer product and commercial organization.
The separation is deliberate: it keeps foundational research and retained XGCS activities distinct from the product company investors are financing.
Foundational Decision Intelligence research, Heatmap Strategy Lab work, proprietary internal market research and trading, publications, and unrelated programs remain with XGCS unless specifically licensed or assigned.
Kairos is intended to own the new product code, customer deployments, commercial Domain Packs, product improvements, customer relationships, and future Decision Intelligence software/services inside the licensed commercial field.

The operating model assumes heavy use of AI-assisted engineering and research, with specialized contractors used selectively where they accelerate execution.
