No advice, and no management of client assets

Kairos Dynamics does not manage client assets, place trades for clients, or issue individual buy or sell recommendations. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Kairos Dynamics holds no financial-services registration and claims none. It is in formation and does not act as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager.

No performance claim

This site publishes no track record, no return figures, and no claim that any strategy, model, or signal has performed or will perform in any particular way. Where the method is described, it is described as a process, not as an outcome. A validation states what the evidence supports about a specific claim under stated conditions; it is not a prediction and not a guarantee.

Forward-looking statements

The two organizations

Kairos Dynamics is an independent company in formation. It is not a division, brand, or trading name of XG Capital Strategies. XGCS develops the underlying decision-intelligence research; Kairos Dynamics is being built to license and productize it.

The technology licence between them reflects approved intent and has not been executed. Its final scope (field, exclusivity, consideration, improvements, and change of control) requires counsel. Until it is executed, Kairos Dynamics holds no licensed rights, and XG Capital Strategies retains its foundational pre-existing research.

Both entities are currently controlled by the same two co-founders. Any licence between them is a related-party arrangement, negotiated by people who sit on both sides of it, and will be documented as one.

Risk

All trading involves risk, including loss of principal. Any early-stage company may fail. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
